On the night of August 6, 2024, the special forces from the active operations unit “Artan” and the Maritime Center of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense conducted a significant operation in the northern part of the Black Sea, specifically on the Tendrovskaya Spit, near the occupied Crimea.
The amphibious special forces landed on the Tendrivska Spit and destroyed several enemy armored vehicles, including the MT-LB and a Russian electronic warfare (EW) complex. Additionally, enemy fortifications were completely annihilated.
